Scramble
Format: Team
No. of Players: Outing/Tournaments
Play: A scramble is one of the all time favorite team games for outings and tournaments. Four member teams are the most common, but a scramble can also be played with two or three players per team.

In a scramble, each team member will hit a tee shot and the best drive is selected. The other team members will move their balls to the selected drive and all play the second shot from this location. The best second shot is selected and the procedure is repeated until the ball is holed out.

Long ball hitters are an advantage in this game, however, short game skills are necessary to post a competitive score. Since putting plays a big part in a scramble, every team member can make a contribution.

The next time you plan a group outing, use a scramble format, it's always a great time.
